As part of tonights activities, we will be looking at Acers first Linux Powered Notebooks, care of Dove Electronics

Last months meeting was a little heavy (*cough* a lot heavy) on the command line. Tonights meeting will be much lighter and we will explore some of the more common uses for Linux as an operating system. Hopefully, one of our newer members will be able to spend some time demonstrating OpenOffice and I will have another look at multimedia under Linux
